Here’s what I want to do with this blog and with website in general:
- I want to generate interest in my book, The Lie That Stuck in My Throat. Please see my About page for more information about me and about the book.
- I want to learn more about transgender lives by exchanging information with you.
To generate interest in my book, some of my posts will amplify or add details to events I wrote about in my book. Other posts will add comments or describe events that had not yet occurred at the time my manuscript went to the publisher.
To learn more about transgender, I invite your comments on my posts, my speaking, and my reviews of transgender-related media. I hope you will feel comfortable sharing with me your responses to what I write.
Sometimes, I am full of….. baloney, to put it politely. I get into my own head and I write about what I find there, instead of making gentle and mutual contact with people of differing opinions. People like you have had similar experiences, perhaps, or maybe your experiences were totally different, or only slightly different. In the best case we can learn from each other. That’s why I am looking forward to your comments.
